To help launch a new training company dedicated to providing accredited qualifications for dental care professionals. The aim was to give dental students the opportunity to improve their knowledge and understanding about dental care, general medical care, conditions and associated treatments and medications.

The first challenge was to launch a programme for prospective dental nurses, a NEBDN national examination course.


As part of the launch, Smile Marketing was given responsibility for creating the brand identity and the marketing tools to promote the business to both dental practices and prospective dental nursing students.

As part of a direct marketing strategy, a mailing campaign was devised which has reaped a good flow of new students onto the NEBDN course. The campaign was supported by an attractive brochure as well as a website complete with on-line forum, so that students are able to share experiences and compare notes.

Following a successful business launch and full delegate numbers for all courses run to date, further course prospectuses are in development.
